A Small Christmas Gift

STORY:

Zecoya dashed through the snow, the big flakes blinding her, but she knew her territory so well, it didn't matter if she couldn't see or not. she leaped onto her tree home (where they are now. the tree they are in are one of those fat trees XD no offense tree :-D) and slithered up, and lept  6 feet into the air, to the nearest branch and shook her fur. the snow fell think and fast. zecoya climbed one more branch and lightly jumped into her home, startling Olive.

"Mom!" Olive yelped. "I thought you were never commin-" but her sentence was cut off as she gasped in surprise.

her mom smiled and planted it in some dirt in their tree den. the little nettle branch was a pretty bright green, and glistened and gleamed from the melting snow. Their own little Christmas tree.

"Merry Christmas, sweetie" Zecoya smiled.

"Oh mom!" Olive cried in delight and gave her mom a big hug.

they sat by their little tree, chatting and talking happily, as the everlasting snowfall came down harder on that Christmas Eve.
